2012 Bowtech Insanity CPX

At the 2012 ATA Show, Bowtech has released the Bowtech Insanity. This new bow improves on the Invasion by offering more speed at 355IBO and easier draw cycle. We didn't thing they could improve the speed without making a harsher draw cycle. We were wrong. The new bow is much better. We are bringing one back with us from the show. Stop in to the store and try the new bow out. You can see more info on our website.

Sureloc Icon Target Sight

For 2012, Sureloc has released an updated target sight. They finally took the best parts of the Supreme and made it better.

The new Sureloc Icon offers a new scope mount and they moved the second and third axis back to the bar itself. This removes a lot of the weight from the scope mount. On the supreme after a few years, you would need to get the bushings replaced. The the sight may help with this. The other important feature is the 2nd and 3rd axis are totally micro adjustable. You can actually cant the slider bar far enough that it would look like you're shooting a traditional recurve. The slide bar also has most of the grid completely removed so you can see through the bar. The pointer has also been improved over the old Supreme style.

There is also a new scope coming out but we will have more on that later. Intially, we were told the Icon will only be available in black.

We expect these to be available in early spring of 2012. We have them on our website but they can't be ordered yet. As we get closer to the release date, we will be offering a pre-order on these.  To see the picture, visit the online store for the Sureloc Icon Target Sight

Wicked Ridge Invader Crossbows

Prior to this year, you could not get a high quality crossbow without spending nearly a thousand dollars. Well, all of that has changed. Tenpoint Crossbows released the Wicked Ridge Crossbow line.

Wicked Ridge was designed to offer a super high quality crossbow with the budget archer in mind. Now you can spend a lot less and still get Tenpoint quality in a crossbow.

Out of all the crossbows we setup for customers, the tenpoints have no match in regards to quality and accuracy. Wicked Ridge crossbows are no exception.

The Wicked Ridge Invader package includes the 40mm red dot/green dot scope, the acu-52 rope draw system for easier draw and the powertouch 3.5lb trigger.

Most crossbows have very poor trigger system. This is a huge problem if you want to be accurate. You need the better trigger if you want to be accurate. Wicked Ridge offers this on their crossbows.

Stop in and see why we think these are the best crossbows in this price range. You can find faster bows, but you will not find better more accurate bows for this money.
